Choose Joy!
At almost every coaching session or seminar that I teach, I always mention that the way we feel is solely determined by the choices we make, and choosing to be joyful is not only our foremost right, it is something we owe to ourselves.
Everything starts from within the human mind. And even though we have the ability to choose whether to accept or to reject an idea, or to choose what is going to create feelings of joy, often, or better still the majority of times, people choose exactly the opposite to what will really make them happy!
What happens is, a person becomes stuck in events and situations that happened in the past which creates thoughts and feelings of stress, sadness, regret, insecurity, fear, rejection and anger, and at other times, lives in the future and continuously has thoughts and worries about how things are going to unfold and is tormented by feelings of fear, stress and insecurity.
Living and focusing on the present time, on the NOW, is not only the best way to create joy, but to also live in true joy. Let go of the past, forgive yourself and others, and reap the benefits of the experience.
Trust at all times that whatever you may need will be provided to you, or will come in divine synchronicity, and stress will no longer be a part of your everyday life.
So, in this way, we live in the present moment and we create and transform new levels of energy and happiness. This is the way to rise from matter to energy,
